Rosebery Housing Association currently provides services to around 370 leaseholders/homeowners. The association is responsible for insuring and maintaining the structure of the building and the cost for this is recovered in leaseholder service charges. Where there are communal areas the association arranges cleaning, gardening and a caretaking service.
