The majority of Rosebery homes are classed as ‘General Needs. ’We term the properties ‘general needs’ because they are not allocated to a specific member/section of the community. This means that that our community is filled with people of different generations, races, colours and creeds and their family make-up may also differ. It is our hope that, by understanding your diverse needs, we can tailor our services to suit you.
Residents in general needs accommodation have their own Housing Officer. Housing Officers provide a frontline service, encourage participation and help residents to maintain their tenancy by working in partnership with other agencies.
A number of our flats and houses which have communal areas, which receive services which are provided and managed through Rosebery. These services range from grounds maintenance and communal cleaning to caretaking.
If residents need additional support, such as personal care or help to manage their home or tenancy, this will be provided with other agencies and Rosebery can help to liaise with those agencies. |
