Rosebery residents Rosebery tenants, who wish to move to another Rosebery property, can apply to go on our transfer waiting list (application form and allocations criteria). Applications are prioritised by need.

A Mutual Exchange would allow you to swap with any Housing Association or Council tenant. You need to apply (Homeswaper) and we would require references for the person you are swapping with, if they are not a Rosebery tenant.

Your Housing Officer or Allocation’s Officer will be happy to visit your home for an early inspection and provide advice on what standard we would expect your home to be in.

Non Rosebery Residents Rosebery Housing Association does not accept direct applications for housing in their general needs properties. If applicants are interested in becoming a Rosebery resident, they should apply to Epsom and Ewell Borough Council.

We do, however, accept existing elderly Council and Housing Association tenants who need to be nearer family or accommodation that better suits their needs. Interested applicants would need to apply to their own Council or Housing Association and ask them to make a nomination to Rosebery through move UK.
