Welcome to the Rosebery website.

Around 4500 residents in Epsom & Ewell, Guildford, Runnymede, Ash Vale, Caterham and Crawley benefit from the wide range of accommodation and services provided by Rosebery Housing Association. Our website is full of information on many of these services.

Rosebery has been able to secure millions of pounds of funding from the Housing Corporation to invest in new homes - go to the  'providing new homes' pages to see what we've been working on recently.  This is in addition to self finance towards new homes.

Resident involvement is a key priority for Rosebery.  Visit the 'opportunity store' pages to find out more about our unique way of encouraging learning, development and empowerment.

Your Repairs and Building team are here working on improving your homes.  Check out our 'maintaining your home' pages to see more details

Neighbour of the Year Award 2007.

Every day there are people all over the country who are determined to improve their neighbourhoods.  You may know someone who deserves the accolade. Someone who cares more about those around them than they do about themselves.  A neighbour who has helped pull the community together or who has been there in a time of need.
Residents were invited to nominate someone who makes a positive difference to their community for the Rosebery Neighbour of The Year 2007.
The winner will have certainly demonstrated that they care for the people who live around them and have gone the extra mile to enhance the community spirit.
The nominations are in and judging is currently taking place - the winner will be announced soon - watch this space!
