The management Board at Rosebery is made up of 12 people. 3 of these are residents nominated by the Consumer Review Panel (CRP), 2 EEBC nominated Councilors and 7 independent members elected at the AGM each year. The role of the whole Board is to set the business direction for the association including defining our vision, values and objectives. Having set the direction they then need to ensure that this is delivered and that the right processes and resources are in place to deliver the services, assess risk, monitor performance and financial expenditure.
The Board meet about 7 times per year at Rutland House. There are three sub committees to the Board - Complaints Panel; Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. The Board receive reports from officers on a variety of different subjects and all contain recommendations for the board to consider.
