In 2006/7 we celebrated a year of challenge and change. We received recognition for the services provided to residents and we worked hard to continue to forge and develop relationships that would support the delivery of affordable homes.

We made a commitment to consolidate the business in the following year. And that has very much been the priority. Not to stop delivering – and not to scale back our vision of excellence – but to spend time talking to our residents, listening to our communities and understanding their needs to ensure that our places are places that people want to live and work in. We combined the forces of residents, partners, staff and board to re-shape our vision for the future. One that and agencies. Our future would reflect an independent community led organisation that could provide solutions to local problems and challenges. One that brought out the best in people is challenging but our plans robust. We will deliver new homes, better services and continue our commitment to ensure that residents are at the heart of all we do. We believe we can continue to be the landlord of choice for residents, staff and partners.
